CI Davidson died when as he and a colleague travelled to Force Headquarters in Glasgow. Their car was involved in a collision with a vehicle which crossed into their carriageway on the A77. He was survived by his wife and three daughters.

PS Connor died when his car was involved in a collision whilst travelling to police headquarters.
Constable John Hepburn WILKIE (53)

PC Wilkie collapsed as he was about to go off duty at HM Naval Base Clyde. He was survived by his two sons.

PC Haswell died when her car was involved in a collision whilst travelling to take up duty in Paisley.

PI Boyle collapsed and died whist on late shift at Force Headquarters. He was survived by his wife and son.

PC Brown died when he was accidently thrown into the water from a rigid inflatable boat during an exercise in the Firth of Clyde.

PC Brodie died when his police vehicle was involved in a collision with two other vehicles on the A76 Mennock Dumfriesshire. He was survived by his wife and two children.

PC Hughes died when his car was involved in a collision whilst travelling home from duty at Johnstone police office. He was survived by his wife.

PC Davey died after the police vehicle in which he was the passenger left the road and collided with trees near Elgin. He was survived by his wife and two daughters.

PC Igoe died when her police motorcycle lost control on a bend during training and was struck by an oncoming vehicle. She was survived by her husband.
Constable Lewis FULTON (28)

PC Fulton died after attending to assist officers attempting to arrest a mentally ill male who had ceased taking his medication and had stabbed a police sergeant. Taking action to protect members of the public in a busy shopping area he was fatally stabbed during a violent struggle. PC Fulton was posthumously awarded the Queens Commendation for Bravery. He was survived by his wife and son.
